Good luck with that. The whole point about anonymous communication is you don't know these details, so you can't log them even if you wanted to. The gateway has no ability to log this information, doesn't have encryption keys to discover the information and doesn't know the end destination either. This is not the role of a gateway. So even if you wanted to, even if you were request to, even if you were demanded to, you couldn't provide this service to said "authority"
