@htdvisser so here is what I understand,
~/.ttn.yaml on the local is overridden by the docker-compose.yml and I need to change the docker-compose if I want to override some variables?
~/.ttnctl.yaml is not read by the deployment done by docker-compose.yml. if I want to change values i need to change it from the corresponding file inside the docker image.
In either case how about the environment variables on my host computer. do they have the same faith, i.e. ignored? if it is the case than should we make it clear in the deployment page?
Also can you give a little more info about how we can use "ttnctl uplink" and "ttnctl downlink" to simulate nodes. I believe this is quite important part of set up and validation people might want to know.
