Running TTN back-end locally reports gateway errors

You don't have access to AppEUI 0000000000000000.

For development I use a ~/.ttnctl.yaml that looks like this:

ttn-router: "localhost:1700"
mqtt-broker: "localhost:1883"
ttn-handler: "localhost:1782"

Then do the ttnctl user login, ttnctl applications and ttnctl applications use steps (explained in the ttnctl quick start guide) to make sure you're using the correct application.
