@kersing I suppose you mean hardware? I'm using both a LoRaMote, and ... ahem ... this contraption:
That's a Sodaq autonomo with GPS module, battery, RN2483, small screen (not necessary, but it shows me it has a fix). The LoRaMote works just as well 
and is a lot smaller. (But that's just because I found this lying around as a case.) One of the default LoRaMote programs sends just 7 bytes of which 6 bytes GPS data. Of course any Arduino can be programmed to send the same (or less).
