Yeah That really interesting and we really want this to implement for crowd management, Here in Makkah, Saudi Arabia All Muslims gather every year for Religious activity name "HAJJ", around 3 Million people gathered around the world last year and they are growing year by year and there management is very big task for us small lack in management lead towards big disasters .
So we have idea to track or at-least get status from each node (provided as wrist band to every person in premises ) and we can do crowd management.
We have tested range on different gateway, easily covering 8 to 9 KM. We need to estimate number of nodes per gateway and then we will get idea how many gateways we need for our application and also after that other aspect of project comes out.
