How to create Libelium based RasPi gateway?

Hi,
I'm still trying to create a gateway based on Raspi3 and Libelium LoRaWAN shield:

I think (!) I can control the shield on the RasPi, but I'm not sure.
In my local area I don't have LoRa coverage, so I cannot test it.
So I cannot test the hardware as a node.

Now, if I want to make it a gateway, what software do I need to run?
And what do I need to run, to make it a TTN gateway?
Is there a standard TTN gateway package?
