Using ttnctl the other parties can share access to their applications using:
$ ttnctl applications authorize --help
ttnctl applications authorize lets you authorize a user for an application.
Usage:
ttnctl applications authorize [eui] [e-mail] [flags]
This way you are still able to get data send by devices registered to that application.
Being able to see a node is transmitting data and with what interval is a security/privacy concern in itself. If a node is used to signal movement of an object or a button press the presence of a packet on the network provides information as well. So I'm glad we have the option to share if we want and keep private if we don't.
