For the producer the data are in clear as it is for the consumer.
Amongst the usages we may have some data published via a platform.
The question was: is there a mean for TTN to protect the producer against illegal - according to the license under which they are published - reuse of his data once they are published?
I found an answer: The Things Network has only an obligation of means and has no liability to interfere between a user (the data producer) and a "platform" (the consumer) with which he has contracted.
