Sorry for not having brought it very clearly.
It's not a matter of security.
It's more a matter of fairness and a matter of license I think.
Imagine that thanks to The Things Network I'm going to participate to a project that
consists in collecting environmental data (meteo, pollution, etc).
As a public project it will deliver the data collected (as well as some others results computed) to the public but NOT under an open data licence.
How to avoid that someone shamelessly reuse these data?
Will the Things Network provide a legal assistance or the Project will have to contract one?
