In our case, there were some differences, the biggest one is the "define first test use case" happening so early. We didn't really have one that early in the process.
Also, the "create first app" (mobile?), not sure what that is.
Then "Get community page" happened way earlier than what is implied here, it was one of the first things to occur, even before ordering the first gateways.
One topic that does require a some more attention in the sustainability phase is organizing a legal entity to understand and cover for liability in relation to the operation of the network. This obviously varies per country, in Switzerland's case, the approach is to create a civil association ("Verein" in german) and understand how that can protect the network and the gateway operators. This legal entity is also the umbrella under which sustainability can be built, e.g. by budgeting for gateway replacements, ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.
