Apologies if this has been suggested by someone else (its late and I am off to bed, so have not read every post carefully).
My idea (possible business model) for accelerating the spread of the TTN network would be to have two LoraWAN systems at each site. One for the community (TTN), and a second commercial one for paying business users.
This is something I am considering myself, as the 'business service' could in effect sponsor the co-located TTN system. This would also make it commercially attractive to expand, as the business running the network would get income from the business network, whilst benefitting the community via the TTN network.
What do you think?
