[Who is interested?] BLE + Wifi + LoRa = Smart proximity sensor

Just throwing in an idea ,,, The Intel Edison has built-in Wi-fi and BL / BLE. So if you add a LoRa gateway to an Edison you're good to go. For the home (fixed) unit, that is.
The Edison might appear as expensive, but if you do the maths for the final implementation, it stays within a decent budget.
