LoRa module interfacing with beaglebone

All commands need to be terminated with CR LF (0x0d,0x0a) - are you sure you do that on your bbb also check if the program you use on your bbb has hardware flow control disabled - I am assuming you have baurdrate / data / stopbits set correctly .
