Kerlink debug cable in Amsterdam

I am in favor of not using the debug tool. We could make new things for this because it is so expensive.
For now: What software update did you run? Did the kerlink get a new ip-adress?
If nothing helps, just reset it to the factory firmware then the debug tool wouldn't help either.
