[Who is interested?] BLE + Wifi + LoRa = Smart proximity sensor

Hi @jmarcelino i am researching for a BLE broadcast device, Preferably with LoRA, to broadcast some data/message to all the subscribers(Mobile devices) as soon as they are in range , Could you suggest me something?
