Interesting topic, glad I found it. I would call myself a tweaker and tinkerer which means I am like the topic starter looking for a way to get my head around TTN and eventually assemble or buy a node and get it running doing "something". So far this topic and several of the others are slowly but steadily increasing my knowledge on the subject. I would like to thank this community for that. If it will get me results is an entirely different story though 
I'll just keep reading along!
