RSSI & SNR are OK - how far apart is device & gateway?

We’d refer to that as the serial debug but any & all information is good.

The Join & Dev EUI are transmitted in plain text so are public information. The only things to redact are the AppKey & any API keys you generate. A gateway EUI appears all over the place and helps us with checking status / debugging. But anyway, you’ve told us the payload …

I presume this is the gateway console - please help the volunteers to help you with precision. What does the device console say - if it doesn’t say anything, no picture needed.

No, that’s totally wrong. Everything has to match from device, any outputs on any serial logs or the TTN consoles.

The Join Request appears to be:

00 42 3C C3 A5 C2 59 D2 D7 C7 43 3C 42 DF 99 79 FF 2D 4E 64 80 20 42

So your Join EUI starting D7 ending 42 and the Dev EUI starting FF and ending C7 on your gateway screen shot seems to match up with the payload but then gets horribly mangled at TTN.

What version of LW have you set on the console?

Where did you get these EUI’s? TTN allocates EUI’s starting 70 B3 D5
