I suspect you might have a wrong idea of what LoRa is. It is not WiFi, which is a completely different and incompatible wireless technology. A wifi-equipped laptop cannot connect to LoRa. LoRa is aimed at small, very low power "internet of things" devices, not regular laptops, phones or tablets. The bandwidth is limited, effectively only dozens or hundreds of bits per second, I think (speeds can be higher, but devices are not allowed to transmit more than 1% or even 0.1% of the time, depending on the frequency used).
If I understand your questions correctly, LoRa is not a solution to your requirements.
